Negative pressure fan is a new type of ventilation and cooling equipment, which can effectively solve the problems of poor ventilation, such as high temperature, muggy heat, smoke, dust and so on. Many factories use negative pressure fan equipment, and some companies may not have used the negative pressure fan for long. There may be maintenance phenomenon, so how to maintain the negative pressure fan well? 

Matters needing attention for fan maintenance: 

1. Under normal circumstances, the fan shall operate continuously for about a month, and the bearing shall be injected with calcium-sodium base grease or molybdenum disulfide grease with a butter gun. The fan has been running continuously for 3-6 months, and the grease should be changed once. It is advisable to fill the bearing space 2 / 3. 

2. Regular maintenance of the fan to eliminate dust and dirt inside the fan. 

3. During the start-up, shutdown or operation of the fan, if abnormal conditions are found, including temperature, vibration, noise, etc., maintenance should be carried out immediately. 

4. Use the adjusting device to keep the triangle tape uniformly tight, not too loose or too tight. Several triangular tapes should be as long as possible. 

5. For unused spare machines or fans that have been out of service for too long, the rotor should be rotated 120 °- 180 °regularly to avoid bending the spindle. Add the valve to the inlet or outlet of the fan, close it when starting, and open the valve after operation until the degree of tightness of the inner ring and shaft is reached.
