1. Flue temperature supply: there are two kinds of flue temperature: above ground horizontal flue and underground flue. The above-ground horizontal flue is to build a stove outside the wall of the nursery, and one or two flues are built indoors with bricks according to the size of the nursery, and one end is connected with the stove. The arrangement of flue depends on the house. After passing through the opposite side wall at the other end of the flue, a higher chimney should be built along the outside of the wall. the chimney should be about 1 meter higher than the chicken coop, and the ground and nursery space should be heated through the flue. There is little difference between the underground flue and the above-ground flue, except that the indoor flue is built underground and flush with the ground. Flue temperature supply should pay attention to the flue can not leak, in order to prevent gas poisoning. When the flue is heated, the indoor air is fresh and the feces are dry, which can reduce disease infection. It is suitable for the majority of farmers to raise chickens and small and medium-sized chicken farms, and is suitable for both flat and cage breeding.
2. Coal stove temperature supply: the coal stove consists of a stove and an iron chimney. When in use, first heat up the coal stove and put it into the nursery room, the iron chimney is added on the stove, and the chimney protrudes outside, and the interface of the chimney must be sealed to prevent the leakage of soot from causing the chicks to die of gas poisoning. This method is suitable for small-scale chicken farmers and is convenient and simple.
3. Thermal insulation umbrella: the thermal insulation umbrella consists of two parts: the umbrella part and the inner umbrella. The umbrella part is made of galvanized iron sheet or fiberboard, and the inner umbrella has heat insulation material to facilitate heat preservation. The heat source is equipped with electric resistance wire, electric heating pipe or coal stove, which is installed around the inner wall of the umbrella, and the electric light bulb is installed in the center of the umbrella. An umbrella with a diameter of 2 meters can raise 300 Mel 500 chickens. When raising chicks under an umbrella, the room temperature is above 24 ℃, and the temperature is 35 ℃ at a height of 5 cm from the ground under the umbrella, so the chicks can go in and out freely under the umbrella. This method is generally used for flat cushion brooding.
4. Infrared bulb brooding: using the heat emitted by infrared bulbs to raise chicks, it is simple and easy, and is widely used.In order to increase the heating effect of the infrared lamp, a suitable thermal insulation lampshade can be made on the top of the bulb. The suspension height of the infrared bulb is generally 25m / 30cm from the ground. A 250-watt infrared bulb can keep 110 chicks warm at 25 ℃ and 90 chicks at 20 ℃.
5. Far-infrared heating and heating: the far-infrared heater is a heating plate composed of a resistance wire, and one side of the board is coated with a far-infrared coating (dark brown). The infrared coating is excited by the resistance wire to emit a kind of invisible infrared light to heat the room. Install the black-brown coating of the far-infrared heater downward, 2 meters high from the ground, fixed with wire or round steel, angle steel and so on. Eight 500-watt far-infrared wire boards can be used for heating 50 square meters of nursery room. It is suggested that a small fan should be installed between the far infrared boards to make the indoor temperature uniform. This heating method consumes more power, but the brooding effect is good.
