Equipment configuration:
Winch, tower, V-shaped hopper (120 L), tray, protective wire, transmission gear motor with wire sensor (0.75kw, 380v, speed ratio 5:1), suspension system and lifting winch
Equipment features:
1. Main material line storage method of material separation tower type and ground bucket type;
2. The material tower is made of galvanized steel plate or glass steel;
3. The feed delivery system runs smoothly, can quickly send feed to each feed tray and ensure sufficient feed;
4. The volume of the tower can be designed according to the number of chickens (about 0.65T per cubic meter of feed);
5. Automatic electric control box with imported material level sensor, greatly improve the accuracy of material delivery;
6. The height of the tray can be lifted according to the different age of the chicken, easy to clean and remove, and can be used as a feeding tray for brooding.
 
Tray:
1. The tray is 14 grilles;
2. 6-speed feeding design can meet the feeding amount of chickens of different days of age;
3. The tray is made of imported PE plastic without filling;
4. 50-70 chickens per plate
