Fiberglass reinforced plasticsuction fan The maintenance methods are analyzed as follows:
Maintenance and upkeep of impellers
Accurate protection and maintenance are important guarantees for the safe and reliable operation of fiberglass fans and the improvement of their service life. Therefore, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention when using fans. During the early stages of impeller operation and all scheduled inspections, it is necessary to check whether the impeller has cracks, wear, dust accumulation, and other defects whenever there is a chance.
As long as possible, it is necessary to keep the impeller clean and regularly use a wire brush to brush away dust and rust deposits on it, because as the working time increases, these dust particles cannot evenly adhere to the impeller, causing damage to the balance of the fiberglass fan impeller and leading to rotor oscillation. The impeller only needs to be repaired before it needs to be dynamically balanced again. If possible, a portable dynamic balancing device can be used for on-site balancing. Before performing dynamic balancing, it is necessary to check if all fastening bolts are tightened. Because the impeller has been working in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have become loose
Maintenance and upkeep of the casing and intake chamber
Except for regularly checking whether there is severe wear and tear inside the casing and intake chamber, and removing severe dust accumulation, these parts do not require any other special repairs. Regularly check if all fastening bolts are tightened, and for fans with compressed bolt parts, tighten the butterfly spring on the foot to the device height specified in the drawing.
Maintenance and upkeep of bearing components
It is necessary to regularly check the lubrication oil supply status of the bearings. If there is oil leakage in the box, tighten the bolts of the end cover a little. If this still does not work, a new sealing packing can be used instead. When the lubricating oil of the bearing is used normally, it should be replaced once every six months. For the first use, it should be replaced after about 200 hours of operation. The second oil change should be carried out every 1-2 months. Afterwards, the lubricating oil should be checked once a week. If the lubricating oil does not deteriorate, the oil change work can be extended to once every 2-4 months. It is necessary to use regular brand lubricating oil (as shown in the overall plan) for replacement, and the old oil in the oil tank should be completely drained and cleaned before filling with new oil.
