1 Scope

& nbsp; This standard is applicable to the installation and use of chicken farming machinery and equipment, including water dispensers, traction ground scraper manure cleaning machines, hatching machines, chick feeders, chain and coil spring feeders, chicken cages and cages, electric heating insulation umbrellas, and other major mechanical equipment. Other poultry machinery can be used as a reference.

Any referenced document marked with a date shall not be subject to any subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to this standard. & nbsp;3 General Requirements
& Mechanical equipment should be manufactured according to the approved drawings and technical documents according to the prescribed procedures, and should comply with the requirements of JB/T7718, JB/T7719, JB/T7720, JB/T7725, JB/T7727, JB/T7728, JB/T7729, JB/T9809 1-9809, respectively.
& Mechanical equipment should have long-lasting product and safety signs, which should be clearly visible during use.
& After installation according to the user manual, the performance of the product should meet the requirements of the product standard and the overall performance of the system.
& nbsp; 4 Safety requirements
& Mechanical equipment should be equipped with protective devices and safety warning signs for areas that may pose a danger in accordance with the requirements of GB10395 and GB10396.
& During the installation of electrical equipment, grounding protection should be provided to prevent moisture and dampness. After installation, insulation should be ensured without leakage, and the insulation resistance value should not be less than 1M ohms
& Electrical circuits should be permanent and temporary circuits should not be used. Voltage fluctuations should not exceed 10%, and when installing multiple devices, attention should be paid to balancing the three-phase loads.
& After installation, poultry machinery and equipment should be disinfected according to relevant regulations.
& nbsp; 5 Installation Technical Conditions
& nbsp; 5 1 Water dispensers and pipes
& The water dispenser should be installed vertically and not hinder the movement of chickens, which is beneficial for their drinking water.
& The parts of the water dispenser must not be damaged, and the threaded part must not have defects such as bumps or broken teeth.
& The water supply source of the 5 1 3 water dispenser should be equipped with a filter, and the filter size should not be less than 200 mesh.
& The water tank for regulating pressure should be made of rust proof and anti-corrosion materials, covered, and regularly cleaned. When adding medication to water, the characteristics of the medication should be fully considered to prevent contamination of the pipe wall.
& When installing water pipes, all connections should be sealed and not leak water. Water pipes should be opaque and protected from light.
& The main water pipe should be equipped with a drainage device, which should be located outside the manure tank to prevent the chicken manure from getting damp.
& After assembly, the water dispenser should ensure that it does not drip water within 10 minutes under water pressure of 2kPa-6kPa (nipple type) and 30kPa-70kPa (cup type).
& nbsp; 5 2 Traction type ground scraper manure cleaning machine
& The surface of the manure tank should be made of cement (or other hard material), with a flat and smooth surface. The longitudinal slope of the traction direction should not exceed 0.3%, and the horizontal levelness should not exceed 0.2%. The slope is only allowed to tilt towards the direction of movement, and there should be no pits or grooves on the surface.
& The pulley (sprocket) of the traction rope (chain) and the centerline of the corner wheel groove should be on the same plane, with a deviation of no more than 10mm.
& The installation of the 5 2 3 corner wheel and rope wheel should be firm and reliable.
& The 5 2 4 limit cleaner and the cleaner should be aligned with the center of the traction rope, and the traction rope should not rub against the inner wall of the center groove of the cleaner and the pressure plate.
& During the operation of the 5 2 5 scraper, the cutting edge should have good contact with the ground across the entire width. The scraper rises and falls flexibly without any jamming or collision.
& There should be no abnormal noise when the 5 2 6 manure cleaning machine is running in air. The traction rope should not shake and work smoothly.
& The 5 2 7 safety clutch should be reliably engaged within the allowable load, and should be able to completely disengage when exceeding the load.
& The overlapping length of the working stroke of two adjacent scraper blades of the 5 2 8 reciprocating manure cleaning machine should not be less than 1m.
& nbsp; 5 3 Hatchers and Hatchers
& The size of the incubation room should meet the requirements for disinfection, egg feeding, egg care, and hatching, and there should be sufficient space to regulate the temperature and humidity inside the room.
& The floor should be made of cement (or other hard material) to facilitate disinfection and flushing.
& Large vibrations and strong electromagnetic fields are not allowed around the incubation room.
& The dust content in the environment should not exceed 10mg/m3.
& The environmental temperature of the incubation room should be between 18-27 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity should be between 40% and 80%.
& Before use, the incubator (hatching machine) should calibrate the actual error between the door gauge and the average temperature of the temperature field to adjust the hatching temperature correctly.
& When manually flipping eggs, the operation should be uniform to avoid impact.
& nbsp; 5 4 Feeding Machine
& Nbsp; 5 4 1 chain feeder
& The food trough and joint should be reliably connected without any looseness or expansion. The gap at the joint should not exceed 1mm, and only overlapping in the direction of chain movement is allowed.
& After installation, the 5 4 1 2 corner wheel should be in the same plane with a deviation of no more than 3mm. The gap between the pressure strip and the chain piece in the corner adjuster should be adjusted to 2mm-3mm. The driving wheel should be transmitted through a safety pin and should rotate flexibly when engaged with the chain.
& When connecting the 5 4 1 3 feeding chain, it should be sleeved according to the direction of chain movement, and cannot be reversed or reversed. The tension of the chain should be adjusted to 300N-400N. The cleaner should be installed at the return end near the feeding box, and after installation, it should rotate flexibly without any jamming or collision.
& The 5 4 1 4 adjustable bracket should be safe, reliable, and easy to adjust. When installing the lifting mechanism, the roof truss structure should be inspected, and its bearing capacity should not be less than 2.5 times the total weight of the entire set of equipment.
& The direction of rotation of the 5 4 1 5 motor should be consistent with the direction of chain movement.
& Nbsp; 5 4 2 spiral spring feeder
& During installation, the spring tension should be adjusted to 300N-500N.
& The feeding tray with level indicator should be kept perpendicular to the conveying pipeline to ensure that the level indicator can work properly.
& The 5 4 2 3 material box should be tightly connected to the conveyor pipe without any material leakage.
& 5 4 2 4 suspension points and suspension wire ropes should have sufficient strength, and the breaking force of the wire rope should not be less than 12000N. During installation, ensure that the conveying pipe is in a straight line and the levelness is not greater than 0.1%.
& The particle size of the feed should comply with the corresponding standards and regulations, and there should be no impurities such as hemp ropes or crushed stones.
& nbsp; 5 5 Egg Chicken Cages and Shelves
& The chicken coop where egg and chicken cages are installed should have a flat cement (or other hard material) floor for easy cleaning and disinfection.
& The chicken coop should keep the air fresh, with a room temperature of 18-25 and a relative humidity of 30% -49.99%. The operating area should have sufficient space.
& After installation, the deviation between the spacing between each group of cage frames and the design value should not exceed 10mm, and the front and rear mesh should be kept perpendicular to the ground.
& The hooks of the 5 5 4 chicken cage should not protrude outward, and the connection should be tightly clamped without any sliding phenomenon. After assembly, the entire chicken cage and cage frame should be straight and neat, and the adjacent front mesh connections on each layer should be level. The longitudinal levelness error should not exceed 0.1%, and there should be no twisting or warping phenomenon.
& After assembly, the angle between the bottom net and the horizontal plane should be 8 degrees (with an error of 1 degree), and the deviation between the rolling gap and the design value should not exceed 2mm.
& It is strictly prohibited to step on the chicken cage in order to prevent the welding of the mesh and deformation of the cage body.
& When installing the cage frame, it should be conducive to lighting and ventilation.
& nbsp; 5 6 electric brooding insulation umbrella
& The connecting wires used for 5 6 1 insulation umbrellas should comply with the requirements of GB5023 1.
& 5 6 2 insulated umbrellas should be used in an environment with a temperature not lower than 16 degrees Celsius.
& The wiring spacing of 5 6 3 electric heating wires in the bed is 20mm, and cross overlapping is not allowed. They should be buried 25mm-30mm below the bed surface.
& The lighting equipment inside the umbrella should have an independent power supply and control switch.
& A thermostat controls one brooding umbrella to ensure temperature.
& The temperature regulation should meet the requirements of 5, 6, and 6.
